采用DEAE-52纤维素离子交换柱层析、盐梯度洗脱、SDS-PAGE和琼脂糖电泳等方法,首次从人胚心肌中粗提出一种具有生物活姓的物质。经细胞培养,该物质能促使原代心室肌细胞DNA合成,称之为心肌生长因子(MyocardiumGrowthFactor,MGF)。
DEAE-52 cellulose ion exchange column chromatography, salt gradient elution, SDS-PAGE and agarose gel electrophoresis and other methods, for the first time from the human embryonic myocardium crude with a biological name of the substance. After cell culture, the material can promote DNA synthesis of primary ventricular myocytes, known as myocardial growth factor (Myocardium Growth Factor MGF).
