为提高大型部件筒体-端框对接过程中的装配精度,研究了一种大型筒体-端框对接装配位姿计算与精确调整的方法。该方法利用大型筒段装配对接面的实际测量信息,建立了大型筒段位姿的数学模型,求解出筒体动态位姿的调整参量,进而实现了对大型筒段装配位置和姿态的精确调整,提高了对接装配精度和效率。通过某大型筒体-端框对接装配中的实际运用,表明所研究的大型筒段对接装配位姿调整方法满足了这类大型部件的对接装配精度要求。
In order to improve the assembly accuracy of the large-body cylinder-end frame butt joint, a method of calculating and precisely adjusting the pose of a large cylinder-end frame butt joint assembly is studied.
