目的:探讨药剂科建立全面质量管理评价体系的效果。方法:浙江省杭州市红十字会医院药剂科于2015年6月起建立全面质量管理评价体系,以2014年6月~2015年5月的药品管理情况为对照组,以2015年6月~2016年5月的药品管理情况为观察组,比较两组药品管理情况与患者满意度。结果:观察组药品过期发生率、药品损坏发生率、药品滥用发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为(4.52±0.24)分,高于对照组的(3.25±0.72)分(P<0.05)。结论:药剂科建立全面质量管理评价体系,能够有效改善药品管理质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of establishment of total quality management evaluation system in pharmacy department. Methods: The Department of Pharmacy of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital, Zhejiang Province, established a total quality management evaluation system since June 2015. Taking the management of drug products from June 2014 to May 2015 as the control group, and from June 2015 to 2016 Drug administration in May of that year was the observation group, comparing the two groups of drug management and patient satisfaction. Results: The incidence of drug overdose, the incidence of drug damage and the rate of drug abuse in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree in observation group was (4.52 ± 0.24) points higher than that in control group (3.25 ± 0.72) points (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of a comprehensive quality management evaluation system in Pharmacy can effectively improve the quality of drug administration and improve patient satisfaction.
