采用单激光焊、激光-填丝焊、激光-MIG焊对TC4钛合金进行焊接,对比各焊接工艺下组织性能差异。结果表明:3种焊接方法的焊缝组织都主要为α′+β网篮状组织,热影响区为α′+β相分布于α相间,激光-MIG焊相对于单激光、激光填丝焊焊缝网篮状组织尺寸较大,分布规则、连续,热影响区α′+β相比例较高。对3种接头进行力学性能测试,所得到的焊缝的强度均要高于母材,激光-MIG焊缝的硬度、抗拉强度最低,不同焊接方法抗弯强度无明显变化。
The TC4 titanium alloy was welded by single laser welding, laser-filler wire welding and laser-MIG welding, and the differences in the microstructure and properties of the TC4 titanium alloy were compared. The results show that the weld microstructures of the three welding methods are mainly α ’+ β baskets. The heat affected zone is α’ + β phase distributed in the α phase. Laser-MIG welding is more effective than single laser, Weld net basket size larger, distribution rules, continuous, heat affected zone α ’+ β phase ratio higher. The mechanical properties of the three kinds of joints were tested, and the strength of the resulting weld was higher than that of the base metal. The hardness and tensile strength of the laser-MIG weld were the lowest, and the bending strength of different welding methods did not change significantly.
