为了配合杂交水稻雄性不育诱导剂保纯灵的应用技术研究,探讨了保纯灵对光温敏核不育水稻生理生化的影响.试验结果表明:经保纯灵处理的光温敏核不育水稻衡农S-1和培矮64S两种材料的叶片和颖花核酸总含量均降低,叶片酸溶性无机磷含量降低,而颖花中含量增加;叶片和幼穗游离脯氨酸含量降低,可溶性蛋白质含量首先表现增加,随后降低,可溶性糖含量增加;衡农S-1叶片和颖花细胞色素氧化酶活性均增加,而培矮64S叶片细胞色素氧化酶活性增加,颖花中该酶活性首先增加随后降低;衡农S-1叶片和颖花过氧化物酶活性均降低,而培矮64S叶片和颖花中,该酶活性首先增加随后降低.此外,光温诱导的培矮64S不育株颖花过氧化物酶活性极显著地高于可育株的酶活性,光温诱导雄性不育与化学杂交剂诱导雄性不育过程中颖花过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性也表现出明显的差异.
In order to cope with the application technology of Baolingling, a male sterile inducer for hybrid rice, the effects of Baolingling on physiological and biochemical characteristics of photosensitized thermo-sensitive genie male sterile rice were discussed. The activities of HN-S-1 leaves and spikelets peroxidase decreased, while in Peiai 64S leaves and spikelets, Activity increases first and then decreases. In addition, the photosynthetic rate-spike peroxidase activity of Pei’ai 64S was significantly higher than that of fertile plants, and the photosynthetic temperature-induced male sterility and chemical hybridization agent induced spikelets Oxidase and cytochrome oxidase activity also showed significant differences.
