文章研究了聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)三层复合轴承材料在摩擦过程中产生的摩擦温度与其磨损机理的关联性.根据摩擦温度的变化特性可将摩擦过程分为磨合 、摩擦平稳 、PTFE软化黏着 、稳定摩擦以及剧烈磨损5个阶段.研究结果表明:摩擦温升曲线的变化对应着摩擦系数的变化,与磨损机理有着密切的关联性;低温阶段对应磨合阶段;第1个温度转折点之后摩擦进入摩擦平稳阶段;第2个温度转折点之后摩擦进入PTFE软化黏着阶段;第3个温度转折点之后再次进入稳定摩擦阶段;第4个温度转折点之后,摩擦系数增大,进入剧烈磨损阶段.“,”In this paper ,the relation between frictional temperature and wear mechanism of polytet -rafluoroethylene(PTFE) three-layered composite bearing materials was investigated .According to the variation of frictional temperature ,the friction process could be divided into following stages :run-ning-in stage ,stable friction stage ,PTFE softening and adhesion stage ,stable friction stage and se-vere wear stage .The results showed that the change of the frictional temperature curve was in keep-ing with the variation of friction coefficients ,and it was closely related to wear mechanisms .The low temperature stage corresponded to the running-in stage .After the first transition point at the friction-al temperature curve ,the friction process came into stable friction stage .After the second transition point ,the friction turned into PTFE softening and adhesion .After the third transition point ,the fric-tion re-entered the stable friction stage .After the fourth transition point ,the friction coefficient in-creased and the friction entered into the severe wear stage .
