本文研究了在高锰铝青铜ZQAl12-8-3-2中添加微量混合稀土金属对其金相组织、机械性能、耐蚀性能、铸造性能及切削加工性能的影响。试验结果表明。添加微量混合稀土金属时,高锰铝青铜合金的流动性有改善,晶粒组织明显细化,而耐蚀性能显著提高。当稀土加入量为0.05%时,合金的腐蚀疲劳强度可以提高20%左右,耐空泡腐蚀性俄提高44%。切削加工性。常温机械性能变化不大。
In this paper, the effects of adding trace mixed rare earth metals on the microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, casting properties and machinability of high-manganese aluminum bronze ZQAl12-8-3-2 were studied.
