用差热分析(DTA) ,结合X 射线衍射(XRD) 研究了Sm8Fe85Si2C5 非晶合金的晶化动力学。试验结果表明:在0 ~900 ℃,该合金晶化相和Sm2(FeSi)17CX 在晶化初期激活能变化不大,当晶化量XC(αFe) 大于70 % 、XC[Sm2(FeSi)17Cx] 大于50 % 时,两相晶化激活能开始减小。
The crystallization kinetics of Sm8Fe85Si2C5 amorphous alloy was investigated by DTA and XRD. The experimental results show that the activation energy of the alloy and Sm2 (FeSi) 17CX does not change much at the initial stage of crystallization at 0-900 ℃. When the amount of XC (α-Fe) is more than 70%, the activation energy of XC [Sm2 ) 17Cx] is greater than 50%, the two-phase crystallization activation energy begins to decrease.
