前牙反胎是临床最常见的错(牙合)之一,其矫正方法多种多样。本文应用T—N技术(上颌TiTN开展唇弓,下颌不锈钢丝滑动唇弓),配合橡皮圈Ⅲ类牵引,矫治前牙反(牙合)34例,效果良好,总结报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 临床资料:在矫治患者中,男15例,占44.1％,女19例,占55.9％。年龄最大18岁,最小5岁,平均11岁。疗程:解除前牙反(牙合)最短6天,最长60天,平均21天。总疗程:最短3个月,最长9个月,严均6个月。 1.2 矫治方法:以为基牙制做带环,
