针对硫化过程中因模糊性与不确定性导致的塑胶产品成形过程难以控制、产品质量稳定性差的问题,提出了一种智能融合控制策略。总结了复杂硫化过程中的控制难点,探讨了硫化过程的控制论特性,研究了对不确定性复杂过程的控制策略,讨论了控制模型,提出了智能融合控制策略,基于仿人智能构造了基本控制算法。仿真结果显示该策略的鲁棒性强与控制精度高。研究结果表明:智能融合控制策略对不确定性复杂硫化过程实施控制是可行与有效的。
Aiming at the problem that the forming process of plastic products is difficult to control and the product quality is not stable because of the fuzziness and uncertainty during vulcanization, an intelligent fusion control strategy is proposed. The control difficulties in the process of complex vulcanization are summarized, the cybernetic characteristics of the vulcanization process are discussed, the control strategies of the complicated process with uncertainty are discussed, the control model is discussed, the intelligent fusion control strategy is proposed, the basic Control algorithm. Simulation results show that the strategy is robust and controllable. The results show that the intelligent fusion control strategy is feasible and effective for the control of uncertain complicated vulcanization process.
