为评价~(99m)Tc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)心肌断层显像肺摄取定量分析对判断左心功能障碍的价值,42例对照者和65例冠心病患者1周内完成~(99m)Tc-MIBI 心肌 SPECT 显像和核素心室显像。自心肌 SPECT 采集图像的前位投影图计算运动和静息态肺心计数比值(LHR);利用核素心室显像测定左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:对照组 LHR 运动较静息时低(P<0.01);冠心病组 LHR 运动和静息时均较对照组高;运动和静息 LHR 与 LVEF 呈高度负相关,r 分别为-0.6113和-0.623 4,P 均<0.001。结论:运动和静息态 LHR 与 LVEF 相关,LHR 可预测左室功能。
To evaluate the value of ~ (99m) Tc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging in quantitative assessment of left ventricular dysfunction, 42 controls and 65 patients with coronary heart disease completed ~ 99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging and radionuclide ventricular imaging. The anterior projection of myocardial SPECT images was used to calculate the ratio of motion-resting pulmonary heart rate (LHR). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was measured by radionuclide ventriculography. Results: LHR in control group was lower than that in resting group (P <0.01); LHR was higher in patients with CHD than that in control group; LHR was negatively correlated with LVEF (r = -0.6113, r = -0.623 4, P <0.001. CONCLUSIONS: Exercise and rest state LHR is associated with LVEF, and LHR predicts left ventricular function.
