随着竞争越来越激烈,化肥企业营销策略的重点应该是争取有实力的客户。在此基础上将客户进行分级,对处于引入期、成长期的产品注重于面向潜在的客户分级,亦不排除现有客户;对成熟期产品注重于面向现有的客户分级。
