仿照Ｇｒｅｅｎｅ穿刺针自制了一种同轴切割穿刺针。临床应用２９例病人，取得满意效果，诊断正确率为９３．１％（２７／２９），组织学诊断率为７９．３％（２３／２９）。其中胸部穿刺诊断正确率为９０％，气胸发生率５％。 A coaxial cutting puncture needle was made on the Greene puncture needle. Twenty-nine patients were clinically used with satisfactory results. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.1% (27/29). The histological diagnosis rate was 79.3% (23/29). The diagnostic accuracy of chest puncture was 90% and the incidence of pneumothorax was 5%.
