应用改良石碳酸品红染色、压片,在显微镜下观察。甘蓝型油菜异核型雄性不育材料BC5减数分裂过程的各时期均出现异常现象,染色体配对不正常而形成单价体,染色体落后,染色体不均等分裂,三分体和多分体形成,最终不能发育为正常的小孢子。相应的保持材料F9的减数分裂过程正常,形成正常的四分孢子。
