医学图像检索的并行深层解决方法

在医学应用中从病例的档案中检索相似的图像对诊断成像非常有益,但是由于许多原因可能无法获得大而平衡的数据集。探索使用深度网络进行分类检索的方式来填补这种语义鸿沟是关键问题。提出一种基于卷积神经网络的并行深层解决方案,使用LBP、HOG和Radon特征的局部搜索。Image CLEF的IRMA数据集包含14,400个X射线图像用于验证所提出的方案。
