新课程、新理念,使我们对课堂上的弱势群体给予了更多的关注。但与此同时,又衍生出了另一个问题:为了一个后进生而浪费很长的课堂教学时间,对后进生自信心的建立有好处吗?对其他学生公平吗?老师们以各种形式参加这次讨论,有信件寄来的,有电子邮件发过来的,也有直接贴到树人论坛上的。他们或讲述自己的亲身经历,或谈论自己的所见所感,不一而足。但有一点是相同的,就是:大多数教师都认为转化后进生,不仅需要爱心,而且需要机智。
