目的研究NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长的影响效应及生理生化机制。方法通过盆栽试验,定期采样测定不同NaCl胁迫下银柴胡生长指标及生理生化指标。结果 0.3%NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长没有显著影响,而0.4%以上NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长有显著地抑制作用,且这种抑制作用随NaCl胁迫程度的增加而增强。银柴胡叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均随NaCl胁迫程度的增加呈现先增加后显著下降的趋势。丙二醛(MDA)量和脯氨酸(Pro)量随着NaCl胁迫程度的增加呈现增加的趋势,而膜透性和蛋白质量随NaCl胁迫程度的增加而呈现降低的趋势。结论在适度的NaCl胁迫下银柴胡可以保持一定的抗渗透胁迫能力和清除活性氧的能力,进而保持膜的稳定,以致不会抑制银柴胡植株的生长。
Objective To study the effects of NaCl stress on the growth of Bupleurum yunnanense and its physiological and biochemical mechanisms. Methods Pot experiment and regular sampling were used to determine the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of Bupleurum chinense Bunge under different NaCl stress. Results 0.3% NaCl had no significant effect on the growth of Bupleurum Chinense, while 0.4% NaCl had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Bupleurum Chinense. And this inhibition increased with the increase of NaCl stress. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in the leaves of Bupleurum pumila increased first and then decreased significantly with the increase of NaCl stress. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) increased with the increase of NaCl stress, while the membrane permeability and protein content decreased with the increase of NaCl stress. Conclusions Under moderate NaCl stress, Bupleurum chinense L. can maintain certain anti-osmotic stress ability and ability of scavenging reactive oxygen species, thereby maintaining the stability of the membrane so as not to inhibit the growth of Bupleurum.
