三辊辊板机作为结构钢管卷制中常用的设备,在钢管的预制中占有非常重要的地位,各钢管加工企业如何利用其现有的生产设备,发挥最大的工效成为制造加工企业关心的问题。通过对三辊辊板机的工作原理进行分析,并结合卷制时界定的钢管最大卷板厚度、卷制板材宽度、最小卷制直径以及被卷材料的屈服极限等4个制管基本参数进行性能分析,得出主要卷制技术参数相互间变化时的组合限制,最终得出一系列恒等变换等式,并通过具体算例进行演示,以此确定不同规格的钢管针对某特定辊板机是否可以卷制。
