洞庭湖区经济发展和环境保护相互作用、相互影响,但影响方式和程度存在地区差异性。从洞庭湖区整体,岳阳、常德及益阳市探讨经济增长与环境质量之间的演替轨迹,结果表明洞庭湖区整体工业废气和烟尘排放量已越过EKC曲线拐点,工业废水仍处于“U”型曲线的右侧。工业废气EKC曲线在岳阳、常德和益阳三个行政区划中倒“U”型特征较为明显,且拐点均出现在“十一五”期间。说明洞庭湖经济与环境之间的关系已经由“同向”关系向“反向”关系演替。通过LMDI分析法得出影响洞庭湖区污染物排放的主要因素中,经济规模和产业结构是拉动因素,污染物排放强度因素发挥了重要的抑制作用。
Dongting Lake economic development and environmental protection interact with each other, but there are regional differences in the way and degree of influence. The succession trajectory between economic growth and environmental quality was discussed from the aspects of Dongting Lake area, Yueyang City, Changde City and Yiyang City. The results showed that the overall industrial emissions and soot emissions in Dongting Lake area had crossed the inflection point of EKC curve, and industrial wastewater was still in “U” Type curve on the right. The EKC curve of industrial waste gas is more obvious in the three administrative divisions of Yueyang, Changde and Yiyang, and the inflection points appear during the “Eleventh Five-year” period. It shows that the relationship between economy and environment of Dongting Lake has been replaced by the relation of “same direction” and “reverse direction”. Through the LMDI analysis of the main factors affecting the discharge of pollutants in the Dongting Lake area, the economic scale and industrial structure are pulling factors, emission intensity factors play an important inhibitory effect.
