上钢一厂两座255米~3的中型高炉,从1961年以来,全部用天然矿石进行冶炼,焦比一直很高。经过了几年的努力,提高了矿石品位,缩小了矿石粒度,减少了入炉矿石的含粉率,同时提高了操作技术水平。在1963年四季度焦比达到774公斤。根据我厂情况分析,减少石灰石的耗量是降低焦比的主要方法(每吨生铁石灰石单耗波动在500公斤到600公斤左右),为此提出了以生石灰代替石灰石作熔剂的措施。根据我们的原料条件计算得出100公斤生石灰代石灰石,可见减少焦炭用量62公斤,减少石灰石用量175公斤。其中考虑了:(1)节约石灰石分解耗热;(2)减少了分解出来的CO_2在高温区反应所耗的碳量和热量。
