石油七厂洗滌工段原有流程有一系列缺点:如切废酸时易带走油,而这些油又要回收,所以浪费了劳动,而且降低了油收率,又因为切废酸是在开口的容器內进行,所以瓦斯很大,影响环境卫生;一人在切废酸时需另一人在废酸罐旁看着,所以需佔用两个劳动力。在轟轟烈烈的技术改造运动中,职工們針对这些缺点提出了許多建議,将洗滌流程作了改进,改进后的流程如下图所示。流程改进后,切酸时工人再不必在废酸罐旁看着,因而省去了一名工人。切废酸时被带走的油,在中間罐中因比重与前者不同而分开,又回到洗塔,因此消除了跑油,油收率提高了0.3—0.4%。
