电子商务是通过计算机网络实现商品和服务的买卖以及资金的转账,它还包括公司间和公司内利用电子邮件(E-mail)、电子数据交换(EDI)、远程计算机网络等所能实现的全部功能,如营销、结算及商务谈判。电子商务带给消费者一个不受地域、空间约束的三维市场,构建了虚拟银行、虚拟市场等虚拟经济实体,为企业、个人提供了便捷、稳妥的盈利商机。目前,我国企业纷纷触网。总体来说,电子商务在我国的发展呈现出以下特点:(1)电子商务网站迅速增加,电子商务交易额快速发展。(2)行业电子商务呈现出较多发展热点,初步形成规模。(3)传统企业纷纷触网,网络经济初露端倪。海尔、美的、科龙、海信
