特色学科和人才建设是高校办学质量深层次突破的基础。在当前住房价格和成本日益提高的现实情况下,住房条件已经成为保障特色学科建设和人才引进的关键因素。民族院校因其教职工来源和学科建设的特殊性,住房供需矛盾更为突出。基于此,本文以中央民族大学为例,从住房条件与特色学科建设的关系、教职工特别是青年教师住房困境与人才建设的关系入手,结合民族院校的特殊性,在对当前民族院校住房现状进行分析的基础上,提出改善民族院校住房条件的思路。 Characteristic Disciplines and Talents Building are the Basis for Further Breakthroughs in the Quality of Running Schools. With the current housing prices and the increasing cost of reality, housing conditions have become a key factor in ensuring the construction of distinctive disciplines and the introduction of qualified personnel. Due to the specialties of the origins and discipline construction of national colleges and universities, the contradiction between supply and demand of housing is more prominent. Based on this, taking the Central University for Nationalities as an example, starting with the relationship between the housing conditions and the characteristics of discipline construction, the relationship between housing difficulties and the construction of talented teachers, especially the young teachers, combining with the particularity of national institutions of higher learning, Based on the analysis of the status quo of housing, the author puts forward some ideas to improve the housing conditions in ethnic colleges and universities.
