目的:观察穴位注射治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分入治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上进行穴位注射治疗,对照组接受西医常规治疗,并对两组的治疗结果比较分析。结果:两组患者治疗后症状与体征积分均有好转。洼田氏饮水试验疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍有很好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods: Eighty patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received acupoint injection on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, while the control group received routine treatment of western medicine. Comparative treatment results. Results: Symptoms and signs of both groups improved after treatment. Kustian drinking water test comparison, the treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Acupoint injection has good curative effect on swallowing disorder after stroke.
