一 1999年我市外商投资企业经济运行质量的状况与分析 1999年我市外商投资企业经济运行与全省总体情况相比有一定差距。一是平均资产负债率偏高,1999年全市外商投资企业平均资产负债率为66.49％,高于全省平均5.8个百分点。三是外商投资企业产品在国际市场竞争力不强,出口比例偏低。二是销售利润率较大,1999年全省外商投资企业利润总额为盈利75亿元,我市外资企业利润为亏损905万元,销售利润为-0.1％,低于全省平均数3个百分点。四是我市外商投资企业上缴各项税收占全省的比重
