作者研究婴幼儿急性肺炎血清肌红蛋白、肌酸磷酸激酶及其同功酶、红细胞二磷酸腺苷、三磷酸腺苷及三磷酸腺苷酶的改变,并探讨其异常程度与心血管功能不全的关系。观察3个月~3岁急性肺炎患者120例,其中无并发症组63例,并发心血管功能不全组57例。对照组为同龄健康婴幼儿70名。于住院第2~3天疾病初期,第5~7天极期和疾病恢复期进行上述项目的检测。现将结果总结如下。急性肺炎患者血清肌红蛋白的改变表现有如下的规律性:无并发症组于疾病极期仅40%患者肌红蛋白轻度升高(0.068±0.016g/L;正常为0).并发心
The author studied the changes of serum myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase and its isoenzymes, erythrocyte adenosine diphosphate, adenosine triphosphate and adenosine triphosphatase in infants with acute pneumonia and explored the relationship between the abnormality and cardiovascular dysfunction. A total of 120 patients with acute pneumonia of 3 months to 3 years old were observed.
