Today we already know that the human body is occupied by innumerable microorganisms (mainly bacteria) from top to bottom and from outside to inside. Especially our intestines, where warm, moist and nutritious, provide the ideal place for their dwelling and reproduction. But they also do not come in vain. These bacteria help us digest food, synthesize vitamins, train the immune system and resist the invasion of pathogens ... Their role is so important that they can be treated as an organ of our own. As long as they happen abnormally, we will get sick. The prevalence of diabetes, asthma, allergy, obesity and autism in modern society are all related to the abnormalities of intestinal bacteria.
