在自闭症儿童个训活动中,教师下指令,儿童作出反应,教师反馈是三个必不可少的环节。教师和儿童互动的质量是影响教学质量的核心因素。但是,对于一些教师来说,反馈时应注意什么问题,如何进行反馈,何时进行反馈等等,却成了困扰很多人的问题。自闭症儿童个训中教师反馈的重要性,影响反馈效果的因素,反馈的注意事项、类型和方法等问题就需要进行探讨。
In the training activities of children with autism, teachers under the instructions of children to respond, teacher feedback is the three essential links. The quality of teacher-child interaction is a core factor affecting the quality of teaching. However, for some teachers, feedback should pay attention to what the problem, how to feedback, when to feedback, etc., has become a problem that plagued many people. The importance of feedback from teachers in autism children’s training, the factors influencing the feedback effect, the matters needing attention, the types and methods of feedback should be discussed.
