我们常常将教育改革实施过程中出现的问题或困难归咎于教师,但事实是否如此呢?以往教育改革的策划者总是愿意花费不少的时间和精力在改革推行前或推进中,为增加教师的专业知识、提升教师的教学能力下功夫,各种类型的讲座和培训就是很好的例子。
We often blame teachers for the problems or difficulties that arise during the implementation of education reforms. But is this the case? Past planners for educational reform are always willing to spend a lot of time and energy on promoting teachers before or after reforms are implemented. The professional knowledge and improvement of teachers’ teaching ability make efforts. Various types of lectures and training are good examples.
