素质教育已实施多年,教师们对素质教育的认识也逐渐向纵深化发展,对于如何实施素质教育也逐渐有了自己的一些经验和做法。但是,由于种种原因,在真正的课堂上,素质教育占得比重并不大,为了质量评比,大部分老师还是把应试教育作为重点,素质教育只是应付上级检查的幌子。还有部分老师也认识到素质教育的重要,但是,在实际教学中感到很茫然,不知道具体该怎么做。在这里,我把自己在农村从事高中语文教学十多年的所见、所闻、所感、所悟拿来和同仁们共同探讨,以求得共同进步。“没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的老师。”这句话在我们教师中提出来的时候,引起了很多人的反思,也引起了很多人的反感,“怎么一说
Quality education has been implemented for many years, and teachers’ understanding of quality education has also gradually deepened.
