目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测定吉祥草中皂苷A含量的方法。方法:采用Aglient Eclipse-XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(46∶54)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温40℃,ELSD漂移管温度40℃,雾化空气压力0.30 MPa。结果:皂苷A进样量在0.618~9.888μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.11%,RSD 2.47%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于吉祥草中皂苷A含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of saponin A in Ji auspicious grass by HPLC-ELSD. Methods: Aglient Eclipse-XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-water (46:54) were used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 40 ℃, atomizing air pressure 0.30 MPa. Results: The injection volume of saponin A showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) with the average recovery of 99.11% and RSD 2.47%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of saponin A in Ji auspicious grass.
