探索高职院校导师制的教育模式,有着重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文结合青岛酒店管理技术学院的实际,提出了高职酒店管理专业实施“多元导师制”的基本含义、设计模式、实施方式等,旨在根据行业和专业学习特点,从培养目标、培养内容、培养层次、导师选择等方面实现多元化,以加强对学生在思想、学习、心理、能力等方面的引导,提高学生的综合素质。
Exploring the education mode of tutor system in higher vocational colleges has important theoretical value and practical significance. Based on the actual situation of Qingdao Hospitality Management Institute, this paper puts forward the basic meaning, design mode and implementation mode of “multiple tutor system” in hotel management specialty of higher vocational education. The purpose is to train students’ Content, training level, choice of mentors and other aspects of diversification in order to strengthen the students in thinking, learning, psychology, ability and other aspects of guidance to improve the overall quality of students.
