近年来,有关火箭发动机喷出气体无烟化的研究,使用各种方法取得了显著的进展。可是,就点燃这种无烟化推进剂的点火装置的研究,却还没有进行。因此,为谋求点火装置的无烟化,将金属镍添加到双基无烟推进剂中,以便在低气压下保持稳定燃烧这一性质。运用这种组成物进行了多次试验。点火时的压力—时间特性以及烟量测定的结果表明:这种组成不仅无烟,而且点火性能良好,最适合做无烟点火药。
In recent years, significant progress has been made in using various methods in the research on the smokeless gas emitted by rocket engines. However, research has not been conducted to ignite the igniter of this smokeless propellant. Therefore, in order to pursue the smokelessness of the ignition device, metallic nickel is added to the double-base smokeless propellant in order to maintain the property of stable combustion at a low pressure. Several tests were conducted using this composition. The pressure-time characteristics of the ignition and the results of the determination of the amount of smoke show that the composition is not only smoke-free, but also has good ignition performance and is most suitable for a smokeless ignition powder.
