[目的]研究短梗五加的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,利用理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从短梗五加乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为桦木酸、芝麻素、槲皮素及β-谷甾醇.[结论]桦木酸为首次从该植物中得到. [Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of Scrophulariaceae. [Method] The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. [Results] Four compounds were identified as betulinic acid, sesamin, quercetin and β-sitosterol respectively. [Conclusion] Betulinic acid was obtained from this plant for the first time.
