目的 :分析研究大蒜注射液对鲎试剂的干扰作用 ,探讨以细菌内毒素检查法取代热原检查法检测大蒜注射液的可行性。方法 :本试验采用检测细菌内毒素的动态浊度法 ,用EDS 99细菌内毒素测定仪对大蒜注射液进行了抑制增强试验。结果 :样品经 1∶2 0倍稀释 ,平均回收率在 5 0 %~ 2 0 0 %范围内 ,标准曲线的回归方程为logT =2 .82 47- 0 .32 5 2 5logC ,r =- 0 .99875 ,表明样品溶液对TAL试剂反应无干扰作用。结论 :凝胶法检测大蒜注射液 ,干扰作用较大。采用动态浊度法进行定量检测 ,干扰因素小 ,可以作为日常检测使用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the interference effect of Garlic Injection on Tantalum Reagents and to explore the feasibility of using Bacterial Endotoxin Test instead of Pyrogen Test to detect Garlic Injection. Methods: In this experiment, dynamic nephelometry was used to detect the bacterial endotoxin, and the inhibition test of garlic injection was carried out with EDS 99 bacterial endotoxin analyzer. Results: The samples were diluted 1: 2 times and the average recovery was in the range of 50% ~ 200%. The regression equation of the standard curve was logT = 2 .82 47- 0 .32 5 2 5logC, r = - 0 .99875, indicating that the sample solution does not interfere with the TAL reagent reaction. Conclusion: Gel method for the detection of garlic injection has a large interference. Dynamic turbidity method for quantitative detection, interference factors, can be used as a daily test.
