固井质量好坏直接关系到油气田的顺利勘探与开发。通过地面模拟试验研究影响固井质量的客观规律及探寻有效工艺措施对提高固井质量有重要作用。为进行固井模拟试验,由西南石油学院开发系钻井专业的部份师生与大港油田完井大队组成了有领导干部、工人、技术人员参加的固井模拟试验组,于1976年3~7月和1977年6~9月初步进行了75℃油井水泥失重、气侵、双凝注水泥及井口蹩回压等项静态固井模拟试验工作。
Cementing quality is directly related to the smooth exploration and development of oil and gas fields. It is very important to study the objective laws of cementing quality through the ground simulation test and to explore the effective technological measures to improve the cementing quality. For the cementing simulation test, cementing simulation test group with leading cadres, workers and technicians participated in by some teachers and students of drilling department and completion group of Dagang Oilfield, which was developed by Southwest Petroleum Institute Development Department. In 1976 ~ 2007 In June and September 1977, a preliminary static cementing simulation test was carried out at 75 ℃, including cement weight loss, gas invasion, double-cementing and well headback pressure.
