目的:对平衡计分卡在医院绩效管理中的应用进行分析。方法:将我院2012年2月—2013年2月资料于绩效管理中应用平衡计分卡的情况作为研究方向,并通过对平衡计分卡具体应用的分析,论述平衡计分卡在在医院绩效管理中的应用价值。结果:将平衡计分卡应用于医院绩效管理中时,可促进医院绩效管理的科学性、全面性以及可持续发展性,为提高医院经营管理的质量奠定坚实基础。结论:平衡计分卡在医院绩效管理中具有极高的应用价值,而为了实现医院经济效益与社会效益的统一发展,非常值得将平衡计分卡广泛地应用于医院的绩效管理工作当中。
Objective: To analyze the application of BSC in hospital performance management. Methods: Using the data from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital as the research direction in the field of performance management, and through the analysis of the concrete application of BSC, we discuss the countermeasure of BSC in hospital Application Value in Performance Management. Results: The application of BSC in hospital performance management can promote the scientific, comprehensive and sustainable development of hospital performance management and lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of hospital management. Conclusion: Balanced Scorecard has a very high value in the hospital performance management. In order to realize the unified development of the hospital’s economic and social benefits, it is worthwhile to apply the Balanced Scorecard widely to the performance management of the hospital.
