掺Tm3+石英光纤将光纤激光器的输出调谐范围扩展到1 780~2 050 nm。掺Tm3+光纤激光器在医学、生物学、遥感、超快光学等方面被广泛应用。但是,近年来对掺Tm3+石英光纤的研制的报道较少。利用液相掺杂工艺在MCVD车床上研制了具有强光敏性的双包层石英基掺Tm3+光敏光纤。在这种光纤上写入均匀Bragg光纤光栅,由反射率为90%的光纤光栅和光纤端面反馈构成线形光学谐振腔。在工作波长为793 nm的泵浦光抽运下,获得波长为1 946.989 3 nm、谱线宽度为59.5 pm、功率为2.10 W的激光输出。
The doped Tm3 + silica fiber extends the output tuning range of fiber laser to 1 780 ~ 2 050 nm. Tm3 + doped fiber laser is widely used in medicine, biology, remote sensing, ultrafast optics and so on. However, there are few reports on the development of doped Tm3 + silica fibers in recent years. The double-clad quartz-based doped Tm3 + photosensitive optical fiber with strong photosensitivity was developed on the MCVD lathe by liquid-phase doping technology. A uniform Bragg optical fiber grating is written on the optical fiber, and a linear optical resonator is formed by feedback of a fiber grating with a reflectivity of 90% and an optical fiber end face. At a pumping pump operating at a wavelength of 793 nm, a laser output with a wavelength of 1 946.989 3 nm, a spectral width of 59.5 pm and a power of 2.10 W was obtained.
