对30例患者,采用角膜层间切口切开眼前房的方法摘出白内障:做一相连的结膜角膜瓣,角膜、结膜部分各宽2～2.5mm,在此瓣下距角膜缘1～1.5mm处切开角膜,切面须着眼前后轴。为能准确对合切口缘,在切口中央做一根预置缝线,分开线环,然后以刮须刀、红宝石刀或角膜剪切透角膜深层。在摘出白内障后,结扎预置缝线密封切口,再间断缝合2～3针,共4～5针。与对照组相比,这种术式缝针数少,但仍能保证切口的可靠密
