定风痛颗粒对物理、化学因素所引起的疼痛反应均有明显抑制作用 ,镇痛持续时间约 3h。小鼠脑膜微循环研究结果表明 :定风痛颗粒可明显改善脑循环 ,使小鼠脑膜微血管交点数明显增加。大鼠脑组织血流测定结果显示 ,定风痛颗粒能明显增加不完全性脑缺血大鼠脑血流量 (rCBF) ,还能扩张兔球结膜微血管 ,使血管口径明显增加 ,血流流态得以改善。
