我们在加工拖拉机传动箱体时,其中需割一条孔用弹性挡圈槽。零件材料为HT200铸铁。此零件长780mm,高为360mm,宽为200mm,φ62_(-0.021)~(+0.018)的内孔中需割一条弹簧挡圈槽,其宽为φ2.2_0~(+0.13),外径为φ65_0~(+0.046)。为此,我们设计一专用工具,把它装在Z3040摇臂钻床上即可加工。该工具具有效率高,成本低,制度操作方便等特点。 该工具由17个零件组成,如附图所示。滑动轴12上莫氏锥体装夹于摇臂钻床主轴上,当主轴向下移动到一定程度时,单向推力球轴承14紧贴箱体表面。由于圆锥销7与滑动轴12锥孔紧密配合,所以此时滑动轴12在壳体8年槽内作轴向移动并随主轴作旋转运
