随着我国经济发展进入新常态,钢铁行业的发展环境也发生了深刻变化,2015年至2016年以来,我国钢铁主业从微利经营进入整体亏损,钢铁行业产能过剩,在中央提出的“去产能”政策下,人员分流、降薪、部分停产企业人员安置等现象成为常态,较大影响了职工队伍的稳定和职工的思想情绪,本文以陕钢集团为例,对企业面临的队伍现状以及影响因素进行分析,并针对队伍稳定提出对策思考。
