目的探讨端粒酶逆转录酶(telomerase reverse transcriptase,TERT)在神经系统疾病修复中的研究进展。方法广泛查阅TERT与各种神经系统疾病修复的相关文献并进行综合分析。结果 TERT是端粒酶的重要组成成分,也是其活性的关键调节因子,它在神经系统肿瘤、神经发育缺陷及神经损伤等各种神经系统疾病的病理机制中发挥关键作用,已逐渐成为神经系统疾病修复治疗的研究热点。结论 TERT在神经系统疾病的修复治疗中具有重要意义和应用前景,需进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the research progress of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) in the repair of nervous system diseases. Methods Extensively review the literature on TERT and various neurological diseases and conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results TERT is an important component of telomerase and a key regulator of its activity.
