讨论了影响苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体SDS(包括SBS、SIS)的甲苯溶液粘度的有关因素。实验结果表明,SDS热塑性弹性体的甲苯溶液粘度的大小都受其相对分子质量、熔体流动速率(MFR)、嵌段比大小的影响,并与其线形星形结构类型相关。一般,随着SDS相对分子质量增大,熔体流动速率减小;嵌段比降低,其甲苯溶液粘度增大,而相同嵌段比、MFR下,SBS较SIS的甲苯溶液粘度大,同时对星形与线形两种结构类型与二者相对分子质量差值有关,在相对分子质量差值较大时星形结构SDS较线形结构的甲苯溶液粘度要大。
The factors that affect the viscosity of toluene solutions of styrenic thermoplastic elastomers, including SBS and SIS, are discussed. The experimental results show that the viscosity of the toluene thermoplastic elastomer is affected by its relative molecular mass, melt flow rate (MFR) and block ratio, and is related to its linear star structure. In general, as the relative molecular mass of SDS increases, the melt flow rate decreases; while the block ratio decreases, the viscosity of the toluene solution increases. At the same block ratio and MFR, the viscosity of SBS is higher than that of SIS in toluene. Star and linear structure of the two types of molecular weight difference between the two relative, when the relative molecular weight difference greater star structure SDS linear structure of toluene solution viscosity.
