人才流失对国有企业有着不可低估的影响。本文阐述了国有企业人才流失的现状,分析了国有企业人才流失的主要原因,并在此基础上,提出了企业应对人才流失的对策。
The loss of qualified personnel can not underestimate the impact of state-owned enterprises. This article expounds the current situation of brain drain in state-owned enterprises, analyzes the main reasons for the brain drain in state-owned enterprises, and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures for enterprises to deal with the brain drain.
