目的:探讨原发性肾小球肾炎合并肾小管损害情况。方法:采用化学显色终点定量法和放射免疫法测定99例原发性肾小球肾炎患者的尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、β2微球蛋白(β-MG)和α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)。结果:上述三项指标在各型肾炎中均明显升高。尿NAG和μ2-MG的阳性率从71%~100%;α1-MG阳性率在隐匿性肾炎为14%,在其它各型肾炎中为67%~91%。结论:肾近曲小管功能损害在原发性肾小球肾炎中相当常见;尿β2-MG与NAG在反应肾小管功能受损方面具有较好一致性。
Objective: To investigate the primary glomerulonephritis combined with renal tubular damage. Methods: The urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosidase (NAG) and β-microglobulin (β-MG) were measured in 99 patients with primary glomerulonephritis by chemical colorimetric endpoint quantification and radioimmunoassay. And α1 microglobulin (α1-MG). Results: The above three indicators were significantly increased in all types of nephritis. The positive rates of urinary NAG and μ2-MG ranged from 71% to 100%. The positive rate of α1-MG was 14% in occult nephritis and 67% to 91% in other types of nephritis. CONCLUSIONS: Renal proximal tubule dysfunction is quite common in primary glomerulonephritis; urinary β2-MG and NAG have good consistency in the response to tubulointerstitial dysfunction.
