我们从1973年6月到1975年5月的两年中共收治各型急性白血病111例,其中采用联合化疗的共64例,现将资料完整的、疗程超过半个月以上的41例进行初步临床分析。一般资料 41例白血病均经血象及骨髓象检查确诊按性别分:男性29例,女性12例,男比女为2.4比1。按年令分:20岁以内者11例,21—30岁16例,31—40岁5例,41—50岁6例,50岁以上3例,其中30岁以内最多,占65.9％。按职业分:工人16例,农村公社社员8例,学生7例,职员7例,其他3例。
We from June 1973 to May 1975 in two years treated a total of 111 cases of various types of acute leukemia, including the use of a total of 64 cases of chemotherapy, the data now complete, more than half of the course of treatment of 41 patients for initial clinical analysis. General information 41 cases of leukemia were confirmed by blood and bone marrow examination by sex: male 29, female 12, male than female 2.4 to 1. Divided by year: 11 cases were less than 20 years old, 16 cases were 21-30 years old, 5 cases were 31-40 years old, 6 cases were 41-50 years old and 3 cases were over 50 years old, of which the most was 30 years old, accounting for 65.9%. By occupation: 16 workers, 8 members of rural communes, 7 students, 7 staff, the other 3 cases.
