本文使用预切口试样,研究预应力高强钢丝在模拟混凝土的饱和Ca(OH)_2+NaCl溶液中对应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性。研究采用了恒荷载轴拉和悬弯两种应力腐蚀试验方法。研究了氯化物浓度、外加剂、电位、pH、偶合金属以及氧、氮等对高强钢丝应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响。通过研究,对高强钢丝在海工预应力混凝土中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性、影响因素和防护措施等有了一个初步的认识。
In this paper, pre-cut specimens were used to study the sensitivity of prestressed high-strength steel wire to stress corrosion cracking in saturated concrete Ca (OH) 2 + NaCl solution. The research adopts two kinds of stress corrosion test methods: constant load axle pull and suspension. The effects of chloride concentration, additives, potentials, pH, coupling metals, oxygen and nitrogen on the stress corrosion cracking of high strength steel were studied. Through the research, a preliminary understanding of the sensitivity of high-strength steel wire to stress corrosion cracking in prestressed concrete of marine engineering, influencing factors and protective measures has been made.
