初生碳化物的形状、大小、分布以及数量对高速钢刀具的韧性、耐磨性、磨削性及使用寿命等有很大影响。以前我们对高速钢铸态组织虽有过不少研究,但多数是采用光学显微镜只能观察铸态组织的某一截面,而对铸态组织的空间形貌研究甚少。铸态初生碳化物的破碎,对高速钢性能起着很重要的作用。而揭示不同成分高速钢的铸态组织的空间形貌、碳化物在铸态组织中的空间位置与分布,对研究高速钢中碳化物是否易破碎和如何破碎等都是一项重要的基础性工作。
The shape, size, distribution and amount of primary carbides have a great impact on the toughness, wear resistance, grinding and service life of HSS tools. In the past, although there have been many studies on the as-cast high-speed steel structure, most of them use the optical microscope only to observe a certain cross-section of the as-cast structure, while there is little research on the spatial morphology of the as-cast structure. Crushing of as-cast primary carbides plays an important role in HSS performance. The spatial morphology and the distribution of carbides in the as-cast microstructure of the high-speed steel with different composition are revealed, which is an important foundation for studying whether the carbides in the high-speed steel are easily broken or broken jobs.
