目的:探索消毒供应室质量控制方法以及减少医院感染发生的临床效果。方法:遵循2012版《消毒技术规范》,通过生物,物理,化学等多种方法和手段对供应室的空气以及物品进行消毒灭菌处理,并监控其消毒效果、减少医院感染发生的效果以及各科室满意度。结果:质控实施后各步骤器械处理效果明显提高(P<0.05);各科室满意度也显著改善(P<0.05);自本院消毒供应室达标至今,从未发生因消毒供应室工作失误,消毒灭菌不到位引起的医院感染事件发生。结论:严格实施消毒供应室的质量控制以及无菌环境的保持,是供应室为医院提供优良无菌物品的前提,能够有效控制医院感染的发生。
Objective: To explore the quality control methods of disinfection supply room and to reduce the clinical effect of nosocomial infection. Methods: According to the 2012 edition of “Technical Specifications for Disinfection”, the air and articles in the supply room were sterilized by various means such as biology, physics and chemistry, and their disinfection effects were monitored to reduce the effects of nosocomial infections and Department satisfaction.
